guys this shouldn’t be as complex as it’s turning out to be, help… 🥲

i want ALL USERS labeled as tier silver to 1 ticket per month, and tier gold to get 2 tickets per month. bronze doesn’t get monthly tickets. i want that to be added to the total if possible, or on balance if need be.

also:

• i have like 50 members so i can’t manually click a button per row (like i’ve added below)
• i can’t filter>bulk edit because the numbers are different per person.
• don’t wanna pay if it can be helped with a formula… i’m struggling with low income
